The Art of Being Billings, a year-long project ongoing through summer 2013, highlighted community connections between people and places in Billings Township, through creative arts and community mapping initiatives. It is a collaboration between 4elements Living Arts, residents and Council of Billings Township, and La Cloche Manitoulin Business Assistance Corporation (LAMBAC), made possible through generous support by the Ontario Arts Council.
