The 4elements Living Arts Annual General Meeting is coming up as we enter our 17^thyear, and we invite everyone to attend.

We are seeking additional board members to join our strong nucleus – in particular we would like to have directors who are artists and we would like to have a youth member or two.

We will present our strategic plan to rebuild and refocus our organisation.

We will present our plan to move forward to a 2019 Elemental Festival.

We will present a motion to accept a revised set of bylaws which will bring us into better compliance with the Ontario Not for Profit Corporations Act of 2010, and a motion to change our fiscal year end.
